Western Lettings are delighted to announce that we have become the first specialist letting agency in the UK to achieve Platinum accreditation against the We Invest in People framework by Investors in People.
Investors in People work with businesses worldwide to help them build a positive and gratifying environment for their employees. Almost 50,000 companies have been assessed against the framework to date, with approximately 5% receiving the highest level of platinum.
In 2019, Western Lettings was rated Gold against the We Invest in People criteria. Everyone on the team has worked hard since then to instil our primary objective of Making Renting Better in every element of our service. Western Lettings has a strong culture of continuous improvement. If something does not feel right, it is openly discussed. When a better method or practice is agreed upon, it is adopted as soon as possible.
