First agency that I've used in the UK but they are amazing. Been with them for 1.5 years. Really helpful staff, when I've had to do some maintenance in the property they have an app so you can request support and services are allocated in a timely manner. I highly recommend them. Cheers!

Been renting with Western Lettings for our fifth year now. The team have been amazing at supporting us right from the start, from having an extra electrical socket installed before we even moved in to having the boiler and fridge replaced quickly and with minimum fuss. The team is quick to respond to any queries or concerns we have and regularly go out of thier way to make sure things are going smoothly in our home. There have been a number of issues that are not the letting agents fault that they have worked hard to help resolve and we couldn't be happier with the service and support the team has given us over the years.
Western Lettings Glasgow have been my property management company for a few years now. They are prompt in managing issues, transparent with any costs being incurred, provide regular statements on rental income/expenses, quick on marketing the property, always available and many more. I am very happy with the service being provided.

I was really reluctant to use a letting agency due to some very bad experience from others. A friend told me about this company which is absolutely brilliant. They keep you updated and do regular checks and only disturb you when there is an important decision-making issue.

Tony Kirkpatrick who works for Western Lettings was superb from start to finish. He arrived on time, assessed the issue quickly, and got straight to work. The service was efficient and thorough, and the problem was resolved without any fuss. He also shared helpful advice on how to avoid it happening again and what to do if it ever returns. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

I have to praise Zoe the property manager for her excellent communication skills and the service she has provided me with. Kept me up to date every step of the way and always very courtious and well mannered. A credit to Western Lettings
We just had Declan over for the gas safety check. He was very thorough and super polite. He also asked us if we had any other issues which we've had even after having scottish gas out (we raised this a few times with western lettings during the house assessments).
Hes come in and sorted the radiators so that we can have heating through the house and assessed the leaking bathroom radiator. He's said that he will raise a job as he is aware of what the problem is. This is something scottish gas where unable to do and we remained without heating in the bathroom since moving in. He has now set that up for us as well.
He really took some extra time to help us and sort things out and was very thorough. Can't thank him enough. It's clear he knows what he's doing.

Their service has been excellent throughout. Before working with them, I rented from two private landlords directly and also used another letting agent, but Western Letting has been the best experience by far. They have been professional, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I’ve needed support.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Western Lettings they were very cooperative and professional especially their manager Sandra Munro she spent a good deal of time sifting through a number of buy to let prospects and gave me very crucial professional advise on which would be the best. The service I have received from this company had been second to none and I would highly recommend them.
The entire team at Western Lettings have always been there for me as a tenant, even from the booking of the first viewing. Ive lived in my home for over 2 years now and the team have always been kind, attentive, and available for any kind of issue to get a prompt resolution. I have been with Western Lettings for years. I can only describe the experience as fantastic. They have great staff, who are very responsive and attentive. They will look after your property as if it was their own. They are always very quick to act and address any concerns from both the tenant and the landlord. Western Lettings are always attentive to any issues on the rare occasions they do rise and promptly resolve the issue. Additionally they are very non-intrusive and rarely request access other than for routine inspections. I Would recommend going with them for future lettings as I don't have a negative comment to make (which is rare for me).

Excellent experience; prompt and informative service made for a smooth move-in, while comprehensive information sheets ensured no difficulties using the property and its amenities (e.g. how appliances work).

As a tenant, I had the best experience with Western Lettings. The staff were professional and always helpful, and any issues we raised were dealt with efficiently.
Western Lettings was very helpful when I was searching for a flat, and were efficient in processing prospective tenants and applications. Lucy especially was incredibly patient and supportive with the process, and was a huge help in answering all my questions and providing prompt updates!

I contract cleaning services to Western Lettings and have found them a great company to work with. The job system is easy to understand and the staff are friendly and professional.
